Your first hair system. Ten days to decide.
Trying a hair system for the first time is a big decision. Defined Confidence gives eligible first-time fitted clients the opportunity to live with their new system before deciding whether hair replacement is right for them.
If you joined Defined Society, your first membership payment will be refunded, your membership will be cancelled and no further payments will be due.
Defined Confidence applies to the eligible first hair system or first Defined Society payment. The Refinery’s salon service charges are separate. Full eligibility and return conditions will be explained before you proceed.

I have spent more than a decade at the heart of hair replacement, but my connection to it began before it became my career. I started losing my hair in my twenties, and wearing my first hair system changed my life.
At the time, I worked in banking and finance, an industry a world away from what I do today. Experiencing hair replacement for myself opened my eyes not only to what was possible, but to how many other people might be searching for the same understanding and support.
That experience led me to leave finance and build a career helping people like me. More than ten years later, I still understand hair replacement from both sides of the chair: as a professional and as someone who lives with a system every day.
The Refinery gives me the space to offer the kind of experience I believe hair replacement should be: private, honest, relaxed and built around a genuine relationship.
I want you to feel comfortable asking the awkward questions, confident that I understand how a system fits into real life, and properly known as we look after your hair over time.
The best work comes from understanding the person in the chair, not simply the system they wear.
